What would summer in Livingston County be, without the Howell Balloon Fest, and of course the carnival. A beautiful summer evening full of fun, including a hot air balloon ride for the kids from the kind gentlemen from the Remax balloon. Next stop-The carnival, where the Ferris Wheel was a must.
